PESHAWAR: Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leader Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain Saturday said that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif should clarify his ‘khalai makhlooq’ statement.
Nawaz Sharif had claimed on Thursday that his party was not in competition with the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) or the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) but ‘outside beings’, who, according to him, were busy working on installing a parliament of their own choice.
While speaking to media in Peshawar, Shujaat said that he is busy preparing for the upcoming general elections. “I will have to wear special glasses to foresee if general elections are being held on time or not,” he quipped, to a query.
