DG ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry visited multiple educational institutions in Murree and held an interactive session with students, focusing on national awareness, youth engagement, and the role of Pakistan’s armed forces.
Students from Army Public School, Convent of Jesus and Mary, and Presentation Convent School actively participated, asking insightful questions and engaging in open discussions with the DG ISPR about current challenges and national security issues.
During the session, students praised the initiative, calling it a valuable effort to strengthen communication between youth and the military. They emphasized the importance of building trust and understanding at a young age.
The discussions highlighted how disinformation is often used by hostile elements to create divisions. Students acknowledged the session as a useful platform to learn about the army’s role and Pakistan’s defense priorities.
Expressing strong support for the armed forces, students said, “The army is part of us, and we are part of it. No enemy can drive a wedge between us and our defenders.”
Officials described the event as a successful initiative to bridge the gap between Pakistan’s youth and military leadership, fostering patriotism and awareness among students in an interactive and engaging environment.
